Slide one: Using a high angle shot, we will see our actor looking down at their test that they failed. Defeated, they put their head down on top of their paper.  Slide two: The next scene the actor begins to fall asleep. They are still on top of their failed test. We will zoom in on their head as they fall asleep. Slide three: The next scene the actor wakes up in their dream. They look down and using a point of view shot they see that they have an A on their test. They look visibly excited and happy. They get up and walk out of view.  Slide four: The next scene we can see the actor happy and getting ready to leave the house. Using a tracking shot, we can see them leave the house. Slide five: In this scene we can see the actor joining her group of friends. They are all excited and having fun. We can see this on their expressions using a medium close up. Slide six: We can see the group walking to the beach with tracking shots. Once they get there they are walking around and having fun. 

  Props We are going to use a paper to act as a test that we failed. We also are going to have ice cream that we eat towards the end of the video, to show a mood change. Costumes In our music video, our actors are going to be wearing normal day clothes. Since we will be filming at the beach, shorts will most likely be worn. Our actors will also be wearing t-shirts or tank tops.  Schedule On 11/12, we began to research other music videos from the same genre and song. On 11/16, we started to plan for our video. We established costumes, props and the location. We also made a backup plan. On 11/19, we will create our storyboard for the music video. On 11/29 through 12/10, we will film and edit our music video. On 12/13, we will have our final music video completed.  Location We plan on filming the music video at the beach and in a house. The beginning of the video will be filmed in a living room. The rest will be filmed at different parts of the beach as well. Some parts of the video may b

Our group is doing the song Best Day Of My Life. The genre of this song is pop rock. The band American Authors wrote this song, and they tend to do more pop rock and indie alternative songs. We notice tracking shots in many pop music videos, allowing the viewer to follow alongside the main actors In the Best Day Of My Life music video, there are lots of close up shots to show the actors happiness and other emotions Jump cuts are used to switch between two different scenes depending on what the lyrics are saying They wear elaborate costumes, usually fit to follow along with the story being portrayed in the video During sadder or more dull moments the video uses dim lighting and the actors have low energy In the happier moments we can see sunlight and brighter colors, along with visible happiness in the actors as well Out of all of the videos we watched, all of the videos told the story pertaining to the lyrics In pop videos, the actors are usually dancing.  I am working with my same groupmates from my commercial video. Siena and Maria were very good to work with last time. I thought initially that Siena would edit and I would film. But during our last filming process we switched. Maria would do the drawing. We found that it all went smoothly. No problems arose. I can trust that this time will be the same. We see each other outside school a lot. Since this video will not be filmed on school grounds that will be helpful. We also all live near each other, so getting somewhere won't be too difficult. Us three are also good friends. We can be around each other for long periods of time with no conflicts. This is something I looked for when choosing a group. If you are with people who you conflict with, then you might not work so great together. Also its more fun to work with your friends, and having fun increases our ability to make a good video. Maria, Siena and I are also all on the same soccer team. This helps us because we already know

 My name is Parker Merrick. I live in Florida, but I was born in Utah. I am 15 years old and I attend Fort Lauderdale High School. My favorite subject to study is math, because I like the thinking part of it. I enjoy English as well because you get to be creative. I am in a family of four, with my parents and sister. I also have three cats. I play soccer for a club and for my school team. On the weekends I like to go to the beach and hang out with my friends. Reading is something I have been getting more into recently. My favorite books are The Lunar Chronicles and the Harry Potter Series. Reading is something I really enjoy because its like a movie in your mind. Which brings me to what one of my other favorite thing to do is. That would be watching movies and TV shows. Some of my favorite movies are Interstellar and the Hunger Games. Some of my favorite TV shows are Gilmore Girls, Greys Anatomy and Criminal Minds. But I have never payed much attention to what goes into making a movie.
